By accessing or using the Qui Tam Center website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Important Notice: Qui Tam Center is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Submission of information through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship.

1. Nature of Services

Qui Tam Center evaluates whistleblower claims for potential litigation funding support. We are a litigation funding entity, not a law firm, attorney referral service, or legal advice provider.

If we determine that your claim has potential for litigation funding support, we may coordinate with independent legal counsel who may represent you. Any attorney-client relationship will be between you and such independent counsel, not with Qui Tam Center.

2. No Guarantee of Pursuit

Submission of information through this Site does not guarantee that:

3. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you submit through this Site is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that providing false or misleading information may have legal consequences and will result in termination of any relationship with Qui Tam Center.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all submissions as confidential and will not disclose your identity or the substance of your claim to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law or court order.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. The information provided is for general informational purposes only. For legal advice regarding your specific situation, you should consult with a licensed attorney.

6. Whistleblower Protections

Various federal and state laws provide protections for whistleblowers, including the False Claims Act, Dodd-Frank Act, and other statutes. These protections exist independently of any relationship with Qui Tam Center. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with applicable whistleblower protection laws.
